Personal data processed
Through the contact and demo request forms we process your first and last name, organisation, job title, email address, phone number and the content of your message; for site security, your IP address and browser information.
Purposes of processing
Your personal data is processed to respond to your demo and quote requests, to inform you about our products and services, to send you promotional messages if you have given explicit consent, and to keep the site secure.
Legal basis and method of collection
Your data is collected electronically through the forms on our website, on the legal grounds of KVKK art. 5/2-c (establishment of a contract), art. 5/2-f (legitimate interest) and, for promotional messages, art. 5/1 (explicit consent).
Transfers
Our website and contact form run on the infrastructure of Cloudflare, Inc. (USA), which also has servers outside Turkey. The information you submit through the form is processed on this infrastructure and forwarded to our team through our email service provider so that we can respond to your request; your data may therefore be processed on servers abroad. Beyond these service providers, and only for the purposes of processing, your data is not shared with third parties.
